Description: An online voter where you can put in you address or pick from a google map and then vote for what your neighborhood really is: ghetto, hipster, yuppy, family, gated rich, gentrification in progress... Or make up your own! The results would be mapped on a google map.
Or make a game out of it: look at google street view and tag a hood that way! Fun for you and your friends!

You could also call it "tagger" and make the graphics look like spray paint

Bernt Wald (from the biz part of uc) has an app that collects data on neighborhoods and indexes the data. This is an interesting twist since it takes it to the people. There may be an opportunity to meld your data with his and compare.
